Here's what I found online; the Medium Sophia Bomber's actual sleeve should be roughly 23–24" from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. The important part is that this jacket has a relaxed/oversized bomber cut, so the shoulder sits farther down the arm. That means the effective arm reach measured from center-back neck → shoulder → cuff is probably around 31–32". Hope that helps.
