In a classic, relaxed, fit with small, high waist, and larger hips with a narrowing leg. Size '6.' The are also older sizing so they are a small '6.' A 26 inch waist, on a high 10 3/4 rise, I'd say they could also be a 4, so just do be sure to note --> Approximate measurements in inches when laid flat: waist 13 across, inseam/length 29, front rise 10 3/4, hips 20.5 across, knees 8.5 across, bottom hem/leg openings 6.5 across.
