Relisted -Vintage Eilat stone brooch pin silver filigree Israel

This wonderful vintage brooch has an Eilat stone cabochon set in silver tone filigree backing. Eilat stones were mined only in South Israel in the Timna Mines, known also as the King Solomon Mines. The stone is no longer being mined and the Eilat stone deposit is believed to be depleted. Eilat is the national gemstone of Israel. Signed on the clasp, I think it says C2J (?)
