SALE Handsome vintage hat in deep chocolate brown velvet. It is pleated from bottom to high crown, turban style. The velvet plays against the light for a little glimmer. It was sold by Chas A Stevens Chicago--a mid-level northern Illinois department store. The chain closed in 1988 which helps us to date this to prior to that date.
