These shoes are perfect for weight lifting so I do not recommend for running. The wear and tear is little due to use only at the gym (except for the rose gold at the back heel). I have a narrow foot and these did not feel too wide on me. Only selling because I don’t use them often. The top pattern is a raised print texture that helps keep the dirt away. Inside liner has some piling at the back from use. If you have questions, just ask!
