jennifermp0@vivia1031 hi! I’m a 34C and a 28-29 pants. Usually a size small on top and a medium-large bottom. This dress is nice because the skirt is an elastic waistband and the top is more adjustable because of the tie on the side. It buttons on the side on the top, too. But it’s not tight on me at all!
