Long blue dress

This is a size 2 blue maxi dress from Bisou Bisou. It has a keyhole on the front and back of the dress. There are two buttons on the back neck area. It has an elastic waist and it’s very lightweight and flowy in shades of blue and white. There is sheer material on top of a layer of solid blue. It is in excellent condition.
