Vintage 78g Large Chunky Statement Turquoise Adjustable Necklace 20-24"

Large statement estate piece: I ran my nails into the turquoise and felt the fine cracks of the large circle pendant and do believe it to be genuine turquoise and was amazed but I am not 100% certain. I don’t recognize the full moon with half moon hallmark on the clasp but maybe you will. The adjustable 20”-24” clasp is attracted to a small magnet in areas. I’m unsure of the metal makeup. It is white silver in color and very shiny and does not tarnish.
