I rescued this top and I want it to go to someone who appreciates cool, vintage pieces. There is a snap at bottom front to close but I used my pin which is not included. As indicated, it is vintage--use to have shoulder pads with Velcro application but pads are gone. The fabric feels like silk but there is no fabric label.
