Forever 21 dress

This is really pretty. The bust area is blousy. Keep this in mind when viewing the bust measurement photo. I took it with the garment inside out so the ruffle wouldn’t get in the way. The blousiness and upper back elastic will give way for more bust room. Adjustable straps. The bust area is a lightweight silky fabric. Then you have the wide elastic at the waist. The skirted area is soft, durable & stretchy! TPL
