80srockergrrrl @ericabettin so sorry for my late reply!! I’ve been traveling. I’ll be home on Sunday and I can check. I wore this when my bust was 39-40” and now it’s 43” but this dress has versatility. It’s soooo pretty and yes not super frilly.

80srockergrrrl @ericabettin so sorry for my late reply! Finally measured it’s about 21 inches flat so 42 inches easily and then the length is about 34 inches
