Fun, structured cotton sleeveless dress with navy blue polka dots and navy sash tie at waist. Beautiful shape with a bit of flare in the skirt. Bra snaps at shoulders.
Note: some of the hemline is coming loose (visible in hemline picture), could use a quick pass on sewing machine to make look perfect. Price discounted for imperfection/flaw.

Nine West size 10 - see pics for measurements. 31” length from center chest V-neck straight down front to hem line, and 39” from shoulder.

I added another photo, there is not much room to work with, just about an inch. I’m 5’4” and I recall it hit me at about mid-knee, just in case that helps. The silhouette is flattering with a bit of flare that I think would hit nicely at a variety of lengths from above knee to low knee (but probably not much longer than knee IMO)
