Navy blue structured A-line party dress - with pockets! 2 angled flat front pockets at hip are hard to see but such a great feature of this scoop neck tank style sleeveless dress. 3.5" stitching detail under bust and 4" stitching along hemline. JS Boutique size 14; see photos for measurements (Notes: the lay flat across bust measurement is a bit deceiving because there is more material as it is kind of darted at bust, so there is a bit more room in there. Also for length reference, I’m 5’4” and it hits me just above the knee.) Worn only once, excellent condition from smoke free home
