Adrianna Papell Red Striped Button Blouse

This button up blouse is lightweight and drape-y with cool red and black thin stripes. The tag says Small but it can fit up to a size Medium with a smaller bust, and would be a nice oversized shirt for someone who is XS. It looks nice with the sleeves down and buttoned or fastened up.
