Reposhing this item I purchased from @idnl. These are beautiful shorts and I did wear them a few times but I lost a few lbs and they got too big for me. They are more like a size 8-10. 16 inches laying flat. The button did come loose and I hand sewed it back on.

They are a size 38 but they are cut large. I also had to hand sew the button back on.
