Beautiful cupcake dress from back when Betsey Johnson was the queen of the cupcake dresses!
Appliqué lace and soft pleated ruffles make this dress absolutely precious. The giant bow on the back is so cute! This dress is used and needs a little stitch in a couple places on top just to keep the lace up (shown in photos and reflected in the price).
