PLEASE READ - Spell Mystic Strappy Revolve Exclusive

One of my favorite strappies from Spell. Unfortunately, it got caught in an escalator and got stained with machine oil. I tried some mild things that were advised online: baking soda, shampoo, aloe vera gel, and some natural stain remover. The stains faded a bit but they are still there. I was lucky to replace this dress. Selling this one as is in case someone knows how to remove such stains, is crafty enough to maybe remove the bottom layer where the stains are, or just doesn't mind the stains as there is a lot of fabric and when you walk the stains are not noticeable.
