Green and gold holiday dress. Great for birthdays during holiday season. The bottom portion of the dress has stiff but soft to touch netting with just enough stiffnesses to make the dress look full. The top layer of netting has 2 rows of embroidery that looks like lace and looks like there are multiple layers. The top netting is one piece with embroidery.
