I wore once to a wedding and got many compliments Horizontal pleating on the Bodice, fits tight on waist with pleating on skirt. It has a layer of Tulle to give it a beautiful princess flare Armpit to Armpit is 14.5” Waist 13.5” Length is 38” Flawless on outside, I wore it on a hot day with bronzing cream that stained under arm and breast.
