NWT H&M cowl neck sleeveless blouse in a navy blue and white polka dot color in a size medium. The top has ruching on the side and on top on the arms for a flattering fit. There’s two layers of viscose material which is really soft and it creates kind of a scalloping of the material. It’s a little wrinkled due to being folded up but it’s in perfect brand new condition.
