New York and Company High Low Wrap Dress

Beautiful Sweet Pea for New York and Company High Low Wrap Dress in a lovely floral print. The shoulders are split. Women's L with no rips or tears. Please note, there is a small stain on the inside of the bottom of the skirt. I tried to capture it as best as possible in the last two pictures. It is not noticable from the outside!
