Puffy sheer 3/4 sleeves with black satin bows at the shoulders. Sheer sparkly top with velvet burnout (?). Wide smocked waist and layers of georgette fabric. Lined. Made in Hong Kong Approximate measurements: Chest 20” pit to pit Waist 13.5” not stretched Length 50” Sleeve length 17.5” Excellent vintage condition. Very little wear besides slight wear of velvet in parts but not really noticeable.
