These measure approx 12” flat and stretch up to about 14” (for 28” total waist size.) Respectfully, I think any larger waist would stretch and potentially break the seams in waist. Entire length of pants to bottom of shoes/boots is Approx 42”. Rise is Approx 11”. All sizes approximate only. 6M true to size comparing with my other Jeffrey Campbell’s. ALL SALES FINAL.
