secretambition is this a pull on skirt? I noticed it says it's a size 14, however, the waist wouldn't say much differently. 🤔

12dreamer67 @secretambition hello. I have posted a few Photo's. I remeasured the waist with my sewing tape measure and it is a 32 inch waist. no elastic to the waist and a zipper enclosure on the back. Have a great day. 😃
