Vintage Y2K Tripp nyc black brocade tutu skirt dress

I bought this brand new about ten or fifteen years ago, and wore it maybe once. It's a dress with a solid black & black brocade paneled bodice top. The tutu skirt part has three layers and is very full. The dress zips up the back. It's a junior's size XXL. The chest measures about 18", the total length is about 27" (length measured from the top of the bodice to the bottom - not including straps), and the waist is about 16". The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has stretch.
