Antique French 19th Cent French Barbotine Majolica Pottery Water Pitcher Vintage

This colorful antique hand painted Majolica pitcher was crafted in France, circa 1870. The large ceramic water pitcher features a side handle which is shaped like a branch, a pourings pout on the opposite side, and is embellished with green leaves, pink flowers and nuts (on the handle) . The serving piece is in amazing condition for a 150+ year old pitcher (see below) and has rich lavender pink and sage green colors on a brown background. . Measurements 10" tall 7.75" spout to handle 6.5" Wide Weight 3 lb 12 oz Colors: Pink, Brown, Sage Green Condition: Very good condition for age. Hairline crack in lip of pitcher which could be easily sealed and minor imperfections associated with age and use.
