this blouse was purchased in Hong Kong about 25 years ago. it has barely been worn and was in my closed in a dry cleaner bag. pit to pitit measure 19 inches. length of body is 23.5 inches and sleeve 18". it can be worn ticked or untucked. the sleeves are bracelet length and have no cuffs. a perfect wardrobe staple. it says size 8 and it fits me as a size 8, but as it is so old look at the measurements. no flaws, marks or wear.
