This dress is so cute! Classic late 90s/ early Y2K it is a midi length wiggle style sleeveless sundress in a brown and green floral pattern. The flowers on the dress look a lot like hibiscus. The dress has a v style neckline that has lace detailing. The brand is called breakin loose and it’s made in the USA and marked a size 10. Measurements in photos - approx a medium but the dress has good stretch. In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
