Vintage 1970s blue/teal floral print sheer sleeve dress. Beautiful painterly Monet style floral print. Features a button collar, elastic waist, tie belt and sheer balloon sleeves. The tags have been cut out, but it does have remnants of a Union label. The elastic in one of the sleeves is a little looser than the other. There is also some thinning of the sheer material under the arms. Some repairs have also been made to the back panel of the dress. Would best fit up to size L.
