Hi :) I am selling this beautiful purple dress from EXPRESS. It still has the two original tags in tact and retails for $108.00.
The dress has loops on the back that hold the black tie that is used to wrap around the front to make a bow (see pic for example). The dress has a second layer in the skirt area that is softer on the inside. Please message with any questions :) very pretty for any upcoming formal events or parties
