BRAND NEW NWT Express Purple Sequin Women's Dress

Hi :) I am selling this beautiful purple dress from EXPRESS. It still has the two original tags in tact and retails for $108.00. The dress has loops on the back that hold the black tie that is used to wrap around the front to make a bow (see pic for example).
