Vintage 70s/early 80s nautical theme skirt with embroidered anchors

This is a cute A-line midi skirt with 2 front pockets. It is dark blue with red and white details. There are cute little anchors embroidered along the top of the pockets and towards the bottom of the skirt. Material is 50% Polyester and 50% Cotton. Machine washable. Tagged a size Large. It has an elastic waist. I just got this washed so it is ready to wear! I do not see any issues. Measurements while skirt is laying flat: -Across waist unstretched 13.5" stretches to 19.5" -Across hips 24" -Length from top to hem 29.5"
