Retro Wiggle Dress

Retro wiggle dress has frilly ruffles & working buttons on front and working buttons on sleeve. Side zip and button detail at waist. Material has stretch to it. Maker tag has been cut out but materials tag is still in skirt (pictured) Fun combo of ruffles and polka dots can work for day and is sexy enough for night too 😉 Purchased for self over 15 years ago but only worn a few times -black is still true.
