NWT!! This very unique design by minuet using patterns of midnight blue & rose beige is fashioned with 4 shoulder straps, a padded sweetheart neckline, full skirt and a back zip. The skirt is lined with 100% cotton and not full. Measurements were taken on the lining for waist & hip. This dress/lining has zero stretch. *I could not get the zipper up all the way on the mannequin; there’s nothing wrong with it!
