There is a small portion where it is coming apart but can easily be fixed (photo 4). - Tiny spot that I haven’t tried removing also depicted. bethanyjchavez@bella03192012 Hello! I’m so sorry for the late response. It is 19” flat. The front over panel makes it pretty forgiving; I generally wear 21” loose and I can still fit it because of that extra layer!
