Y2K 90s mini skirt thicker cotton very flattering. light yellowish lime green color, fun but not in your face bright. Drawstring as well as elastic waist. Only worn a couple times, no rips or stains. Some very light fuzzing on the fabric because it is actually from the 90s, not quite even pilling - see last picture.
