@jenden615 hi! Not the brown belt in the first picture but yes, the sash/belt that is supposed to go with it, comes with it. The pictures of the back show it but, I can add pics tomorrow of it tied in the front if you would like. 💗

@absoulutelyanna hi! Definitely think it would fit a 4, probably 6 as well. I took some measurements and I will add the pictures to the listing but here are the measurements written out. Measuring flat approximately: pit to pit is 16 inches, waist 13 inches, hips 16 inches, length 50 inches. I hope that was helpful. Sorry o couldn’t be more specific.
