Very bottom across is 22 inches.

@jeffreyj The label on top in the back says: Made in Vietnam . The label in the inside that is sewed says: 100 percent Coton And it is spelled that way. Then underneath that line it says: Doublure : 100 percent Polyester. Machine wash cold gentle cycle? With like colors. Line dry. Warm iron as needed. Dry clean preferred. I wore it twice .

Please see the added photos. And a picture of the tag. The eyelet is cotton. The lining is polyester. I just used Woolite to wash it. I only wore it twice. Hope this helps.
