New With Tags (NWT) dress by Studio One New York. The Paisley print has shades of pink/peach, blue, white and black. The long sleeves have a bell flare at the end. There is also a raised texture to the white outline in the fabric. This dress is extremely versatile. It can be worn to the office, on a shopping trip or a day sightseeing while on vacation. The colors in the dress can also be worn all year long. The size is listed as a petite small (PS) on the tag, but I think it has an actual wearable size that is a little bigger.
