Formal dress NWT

Too long for me but so beautiful. Can be hemmed. Elegant. 47.5 inches long from waist line on dress under chest. Slightly wrinkled due to I had it folded away. Can steam to straighten. I’m 4’11 & I tried it on w/ heels 3.5 inches so made me about 5’2, it was ~6 inches longer on me. Very soft w/ stretch. Not padded. would recommend for 5’3 & taller (otherwise you might need to hem). If ur 5’3 or taller & wear at least 3 inch heels would prob fit well. If 5’2 can prob fit w/ 4 in heels or higher.
