what does this measure armpit to armpit? is it very stretchy? thanks

@indianajones8 hi I am sorry for the delay I've been in the hospital but the measurements pit to pit, is 17 1/2, it's very slim fit with some stretch, if you wear like a 3 or 5 then it's a perfect fit.
