Off Shoulder Dress with Shorts

Red printed, off the shoulder dress with nude lining and built in shorts. NWOT, from boutique so didn't come with tags but brand new, never washed or worn. Smocked waistband, elastic sleeve bands, and tiered bottom. Also elastic on top to help keep from sliding off shoulders. Material: both dress and shorts are 100% polyester hand wash Measured from top of shoulder to bottom hemline is approximately 31.5 inches size chart in photos
