paw071004 @uhleenah1 hello Alina, I am soooo sorry for the delay in answering your question. If you are still interested, the measurements are as follows: the strap under the belly is 17" with the Velcro closure giving you about 3" adjustability if that makes sense! The neck is about 14" with the Velcro strap giving 2" of adjustability. From the collar hole where a leash would attach to the bottom is 9". I'll add some pics in the description.
