Minimal signs of wear, pilling, snags, stains or rips. All zippers and snaps work as intended. I've found that few manufacturers beat Athleta in the quality and durability of their fabrics! I purchased this new from the Athleta website in several colors because I liked the style so much, and wore them to the office before moving to a virtual office environment.
