Cheese press- handmade sturdy hardwood base with laminated top and hardwood crossbar for screwing in the bolt press. Original bolt that came with press included. Also included is a spring bolt press calibrated from 10- 50 lbs. The hardwood is solid and sealed so it cannot be wrecked from washing or the whey draining. Press has been used a few times but is in excellent condition. Base is appx. 7” x 7”. To top of stainless steel posts is 9”.
