Shein Curve Polka Dot Top, NWOT, Size 16

Brand new, only been tried on, this white top has a black polka dot, frilled sleeves and hemline, and a tie at back. Chiffon type fabric, has 5% spandex. It's marked Size Small, I think would fit up to size 16
