Vintage Beautiful bright Blue Cabana Skirt - has separate lining

Vintage Beautiful bright Blue Cabana Skirt - Waist is one inch band, comfortable stretchy from 28 inches to 41 inches; hips are very full gathered so i did not measure; the length of the skirt is 27 inches; The skirt shows on one side of the tag as a medium and it also has a tag that shows 20 so that confused me, but the stretchy waist and fullness would allow for a lot of different sized fittings. This skirt has a complete separate lining of a beautiful blue. Both of the fabric are soft and lightweight 100% cotton. Beautiful piece!!
