prettykittyshop Hello. Are the blue flowers embroidered into the tan fabric? Or is it a blue lace over a separate tan fabric? Any stretch? What is the measurement of the waist fully stretched out please? Thank you!

natter33 @prettykittyshop the flowers are embroidered on a sheer fabric. The tan is underneath that. I put another pic in there and the waist is 15”.
