Stunning blue velvet with matching ostrich feathers on the decollett neckline. This dress was worn for 3 hours and has been dry cleaned in the necessary areas. It is in pristine condition. The dress is marked a size 12, but fits more like a 10. From the shoulder to the hem is approximately 58". Can be worn off the shoulder. Zip it up and immediately take off 20 pounds! Figure flattering like no other.
