Paper bag waist style dress, tie is missing, but any black belt or ribbon would look great, or dress it up with a colored or metallic belt! Dress has pockets! Back zip, lined skirt, and stretch top half with a more structured cotton skirt portion. Extra button still attached to inner skirt tag. Great condition, very minimal fading to skirting fabric as pictured.
