Brand New without tags. I’ve tried it on twice- but it does not fit me. Purchased it without trying it on, simply doesn’t fit. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Beautiful, sapphire blue, Michael Kors scuba material, skater skirt sleeveless dress. Size Large.
